Laws Concerning Carrying Concealed Firearms on Campus in New York

New York State expressly prohibits the carrying of firearms on college campuses (including those by concealed carry weapons permit holders). See N.Y. Penal Law §§ 265.01(3), 265.01-a

Keep Guns off Campus: Sign the Petition

I oppose any and all attempts to force colleges and universities to allow the carrying of firearms on their premises (i.e., classrooms, dormitories). Please vote NO on any legislation that would permit students and/or faculty to carry guns on campus. Our colleges should remain peaceful sanctuaries for learning.
